SIGN UP

Sign up for classes is binding. Booking is made on our homepage. Registrations for all classes, workshops and private classes are personal, and cannot be shared or taken over by others.

Salsa Libre reserves the right to cancel or change your sign up if the class is fully booked or if it we consider your dancing level not to match the level of the class you have signed up for. This to ensure best possible learning experience for all students.

PAYMENT

After your online sign up you will receive a confirmation to your e-mail address. Final payment takes place physically on the first day of your class

EXPIRATION

All sign ups are only valid for the period and dates specified at the moment of the online booking, and non-trasferrable. In case of questions, feel free to contact us.

REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATIONS

Once payment has taken place, we offer no refunds.

CHANGES IN THE TEACHING PLAN

Salsa Libre reserves the rights to:

• Move a class to a different day/time and place.
• Hire a substitute teacher in case of sickness, travel etc.
• Merge two classes if needed.

RESPONSIBILITY

When attending class, you are certifying that you are in good health and are able to participate in our dance training. Participants in activities or services provided by Salsa Libre do so at his or her own risk. Salsa Libre does not take responsibility for injuries or accidents occurring in class. Salsa Libre does not take responsibility for items lost or stolen from the venue.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

When signing up you accept the use of your e-mail for marketing.

We store your Personal Information and data until you wish them to be changed, cancelled or want to withdraw your consent. If you wish to change your consent, send us an email at info@salsalibre.dk.

Our customer privacy policy can be subjected to changes, but is always accessible on our homepage.

USE OF PICTURES AND VIDEOS ONLINE

By participating in activities provided by Salsa Libre, you are giving consent to CSA to take photographs and video film footage of you during class time and events for use in marketing and publicity material and to be published on the internet, social media and our website. All videos and photographs taken by Salsa Libre are copyrighted.
